Our adult pottery class will introduce you to the exciting art of hand building ceramic sculpture and wheel-thrown functional pottery. You will learn about the entire process of turning raw clay into a beautiful one-of-a-kind piece of stoneware that will last a lifetime. Each week we will build your skills and knowledge of creating with clay. Your ideas and interests will lead your learning experience and the additional open studio hours which run for 8 weeks will enhance your skills and allow you to master the process of making art from the earth. Earth and Fire Youth Classes will introduce young students to the love of clay! Recommended for ages 12-15, students will learn how to create with clay both on and off the pottery wheel.
Our youth class meets on Thursdays from 4-5:30pm, for 6 weeks starting on 1/12/22

Don't have the time to commit to an 8-week course? Our two-day workshops are the perfect option for you! Scheduled every Saturday from 1-3pm, you will spend your first day creating wheel and hand-thrown pottery. Day two will be spent finishing your pieces with professional and food-safe glazes. This workshop is the perfect way to spend your afternoon. Call Julie to reserve your spot!
